Who is Barbaros Baseskioglu?

Curriculum Vitae

Prof. Dr. Barbaros Başeskioğlu was born in Ankara in 1976. He completed his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2005 to specialize in urology. He continued his academic career and became an associate professor at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology in 2014.

In 2019, he obtained the title of Professor from Acıbadem University. Prof. Dr. Barbaros Başeskioğlu has national and international publications.

In addition to his academic studies, he takes part in national and international congresses, symposiums and meetings as moderator or speaker. He also performs live surgeries in trainings and mentors students in order to contribute to the science of urology.

Prof. Dr. Barbaros Başeskioğlu is the Second President of the Minimally Invasive Urology Association and his academic interests include urological cancers and endourological surgeries. He accepts patients in his private clinic and continues to share his knowledge and experience with his patients.
